General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four air conditioners, a barbecue, a garden, a balcony or terrace, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with three baths, four washbasins, two showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has a garage and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

The exterior stands out for its well-kept garden and relaxation areas where we can truly enjoy the summer in Mallorca. It has a fabulous irregular-shaped chlorine pool measuring 7 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 metres, where adults and children can enjoy a relaxing swim in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the grass. One of the most impressive things about the house is the wonderful views that we can admire from various points outside: the sofa area where we can have a drink at sunset, the front porch, furnished with a fantastic outdoor dining table for 8 people, and which continues to the other side of the house which offers another dining table and sofa area, ideal for having a vermouth before eating. There is also a barbecue where you can cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours in the surroundings.

The house itself is spread over three floors and 400 m2 with a modern style that includes all the comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first room that offers a comfortable and large sofa where we can sit down to watch satellite television together as a family.

Layout

On 1,5 kilometer of Talaiot 25 you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 1,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Talaiot 25 in Inca you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
