Equipped with air conditioning and fireplace, the room has a pleasant temperature in every season. The dining area is for 6 people and the kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the essentials you need for cooking. The property's 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. The extra guest sleeps in aindividual folding bed. In winter there is central heating available.

To the north of Inca there are beautiful beaches, to the south, Palma, the capital of the island, on a trip to the mountains you can visit the monastery Lluc and much more. The perfect place for those who are not just looking for sun and beach.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
