This charming villa is nestled in the countryside of Inca, offering scenic views of the surrounding landscape and mountains. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.The outdoor area features an inviting 8.5 x 4.5 meter chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.6m to 2m. Access to the pool requires climbing 3 steps and opening a small gate, making it less accessible for young children. Around the pool, you’ll find an outdoor shower, 7 sunbeds, and 2 umbrellas, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Please note, the street where the villa is located does have 2 electricity towers, though they produce no noticeable noise.The property includes a spacious paved area, covering 380m², which includes parking space for up to 5 vehicles—4 outdoors and 1 in the garage. The villa also boasts two porches: a 15m² one at the entrance, and a larger 30m² furnished porch, complete with a fixed barbecue and sink. This area is ideal for enjoying meals and making unforgettable memories with your loved ones. While the villa offers partial privacy, it provides ample space to relax and unwind.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find the open-plan space where the air-conditioned living room, dining area, and kitchen are situated. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day, whether you prefer watching satellite TV, enjoying a DVD, or getting lost in a good book. The dining area is ideal for sharing delightful post-meal conversations with family and friends. The kitchen, partially separated from the living room by a bar, is fully equipped to help you prepare delicious meals, including a gas stove. The laundry area, located separately, is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.The house features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. The double bedroom has the added convenience of an en-suite shower bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Upon request, we can provide two cots and two high chairs for young children.

The house is located in Inca, a charming town in the heart of the island known for its tranquility and variety of shops where you can find everything you need during your stay. Inca is also famous across Mallorca for its high-quality leather shops, renowned cellars (restaurants) serving traditional Majorcan dishes, and its historic "Thursday" market, which has been held continuously for over 700 years.

Among the town's top attractions are its three late Gothic and Baroque churches dating back to the 13th century, the Monastery of San Bartolomé, and the Chapel of Santa Magdalena, perched on top of a small mountain declared a site of cultural interest. This mountain also offers stunning panoramic views of the entire island.

For those who enjoy the local nightlife, the Plaza del Angel is a popular spot with various bars and terraces perfect for enjoying a drink. Just a 25-minute drive away, you can visit the Bay of Alcudia, featuring over 30 kilometers of coastline with peaceful sandy beaches, as well as more lively areas such as the Port of Alcudia.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
