General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, three air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a bidet and a toilet.

Inside, the rustic sitting-dining room, equipped with A/C and a fireplace, is perfect for family meals. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, while the laundry area features a washer, iron, and ironing board. With three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed—this home comfortably accommodates five guests. Although there are beds for six, the house is limited to five guests. A cot, high chair, fans, and electric heaters can be provided upon request.

Located just 3 km from Inca, you’ll find everything needed for a self-sufficient stay. Enjoy nightlife and dining at L'Angel square, and shop for high-quality leather goods that Inca is famous for.

The area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities near the Tramuntana Mountains, with scenic routes to the monastery of Lluc, La Calobra Bay, Valldemossa, Sóller, and Deià. For beach lovers, nearby Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia, and Puerto de Pollensa feature stunning sands and clear waters.

Pets are not allowed, events are forbidden, and there’s exterior parking for six cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
