Surrounding the pool are six sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There's also an outdoor shower for your convenience. The furnished porch invites you to gather with family and friends for a delicious barbecue. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy with no direct neighbors.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen-dining area is equipped with air conditioning, a vitro hob, and all necessary appliances. Enjoy meals or unwind with satellite TV and music. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub and bidet completes the layout. If traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. The first floor is closed and not accessible.

Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies. Rates vary from 0.55€ to 2.2€ per guest per night. Reduced by half after the 9th day. Children under 16 are exempt. No pets or events allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
