The house is split into two buildings. The first contains the kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, and other essential appliances, including a washing machine. The open-plan space also includes a dining and living area with satellite TV and a wood stove for cooler days. In the second building, you'll find a hall, a shower bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both rooms feature a fan and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Located near the Mirador de ses Barques, the property offers breathtaking views. The village of Fornalutx is just a short drive away, offering local shops and Mallorcan cuisine. The sandy beach at Puerto de Sóller is 10 km away, ideal for relaxation and water activities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
