The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and all necessary tools, and the bathroom includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

On the lower floor, you'll find three bedrooms, all with closets, fans, and radiators. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers twin beds. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and another with a tub below.

Located just 4 km from Fornalutx and 500 meters from the stunning lookout at "Ses Barques," this property allows you to experience the essence of the Tramuntana mountain range. Fornalutx has basic grocery shops, with larger markets available in nearby Sóller, just a 15-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
