The holiday home for 2 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bidet, two washbasins and a shower.

The second-floor terrace offers a wonderful space for al fresco dining with beautiful views of the town and mountains. It's perfect for enjoying a tasty BBQ while soaking in the scenery.

This terrace leads into a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and a convenient toilet. Descending to the first floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, along with a cozy sitting-dining area. The ground floor features a shower bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, washer, iron, and ironing board. Baby essentials like a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, and the home is equipped with two fans and electric radiators for your comfort.

Nestled in the picturesque town of Fornalutx, surrounded by the stunning Tramuntana Mountains—designated a UNESCO World Heritage site—this location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Numerous trails and cycling routes begin here, including the Tossals Verds trail, which winds through Mediterranean woods and historic sites. For those seeking rocky beaches, Cala Deià and Puerto de Valldemossa offer crystal-clear waters, while sandy options like Puerto de Sóller and Cala Tuent are also within reach. Fornalutx features a small grocery shop, while nearby Sóller and Puerto de Sóller boast supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Don’t miss the Muleta Cave, home to Mallorca's oldest human remains.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
