The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a patio, a terrace and a tennis court and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, four toilets and five showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

Inside, all bedrooms are generously sized with king-size beds, offering ultimate comfort. In addition to the main house, there is a separate studio with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, ideal for a family with two children, ensuring ample space and flexibility.

Cleaning breakdown includes 2 hours of cleaning per day on weekdays, plus end-of-stay cleaning.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
