The living-dining room is equipped with TV and air conditioning and is open to the kitchen, which offers everything you need to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to relax, you will find two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Two bathrooms complete the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
