The great terrace of this apartment is perfect to spend the nicest moments with the company of the spectacular views to the marina and sea of Portocolom. The sunrises and sunsets from here, while feeling at the same time the sea breeze and the soft chant of the waves and enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine and an appetiser, will be absolutely unforgettable.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and there is no lift. It combines charm and comfort thanks to the beautiful rooms with wooden floors and the perfect furniture and details. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are together. Here you can relax while watching the satellite TV or chatting with the sea views at the end. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, two with single beds and the last one with a double bed, a TV-set (with Spanish channels only), en-suite with independent bath and shower and exit to the terrace. Two of the bedrooms offer a walk-in closet and the last one has a dresser.
The location is a privileged one since the apartment is on the seafront of Portocolom. With the marina right in front, you can take pleasant walks whilst admiring the boats. The beach of Cala Marçal is 1.5 km away. The town centre offers all needed services like bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
