The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins and two toilets.

Inside, the house is thoughtfully arranged over two floors. The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, along with a bathroom with a shower. A small inner courtyard brightens the entrance and one of the bedrooms.

On the first floor, you'll find the common areas, including a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bright living room opens onto a cozy 3 m² balcony. The kitchen, equipped with a vitro hob, seamlessly integrates with the living area, providing everything you need for comfortable cooking. A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioning, and baby amenities like a crib and highchair are available upon request.

Located in Porto Colom, a charming tourist area in eastern Mallorca, you'll find a variety of sandy beaches and coves nearby, maintaining the island's traditional maritime atmosphere. Enjoy sports such as golf, canoeing, or cycling; rentals are available in the center of Porto Colom, with the Vall d'Or Golf Course close by.

Tourist license: ETV/6899. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid in cash upon check-in.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
