General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two toilets, two bidets and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

This house offers a lovely grass area, hammocks for relaxing, and various terraces and porches surrounding the property. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and a barbecue is available for preparing meals with family and friends.

The property is spread across three floors, featuring three living rooms, four bedrooms (each with a wardrobe), and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there’s a living room with large glass windows and satellite TV, a second living room with a dining area, a gas-equipped kitchen in traditional Mallorcan style, and a bathroom with a shower. Three of the four bedrooms are on this floor: one with a double bed, and two with twin beds. Two bedrooms open to a furnished terrace. A cot and high chair are provided for families with babies.

Upstairs, an additional living room with TV offers privacy, along with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower level, an independent laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Ceiling fans are provided in the dining room and bedrooms.

Portocolom, with its charming old fisherman's port and historic church, offers a mix of traditional and modern areas. The town has sandy beaches, coves, and plenty of dining and entertainment options. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf at Vall d'Or Golf in nearby S’Horta.

The house has 5 fans, and heating is available for an additional cost. Pets and events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
