General

The holiday home for 6 persons has five bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five toilets, a bidet, five washbasins and five showers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens, a stove, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The villa offers a perfect outdoor retreat with a spacious terrace for al fresco dining and relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. The impressive 12x6m pool, located 75 meters from the house, offers panoramic mountain views and depths ranging from 1.20 to 2.50 meters, ideal for a refreshing swim. An outdoor shower, loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue area complete the outdoor space, all surrounded by fruit trees and providing complete privacy.

Inside, the villa is cozy and comfortable. The ground-floor living room with central heating is perfect for unwinding, and the dining area is ideal for family meals. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob for preparing delicious dishes. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms—one double and two with two single beds each—all with ceiling fans, heating, and wardrobes. There are five bathrooms, two of which are en suite, plus a bathroom near the pool. The villa also includes a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A crib is available for families with babies.

Located in Esporles, a charming village in the Tramuntana Mountains, the villa is a great base for hiking and cycling. Explore local trails or visit nearby Cala Banyalbufar for its natural beauty. The village also offers a historic center, a parish church, and local restaurants and wineries.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
