The modern villa, spread over 2 floors, offers a spacious and well-equipped interior for a comfortable stay. On the main floor, the large living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning, harmoniously merges with an open kitchen, complete with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, completes the floor, a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, a second lounge with decorative fireplace provides a cozy space to relax. There are also two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe, and another with two single beds. Additionally, a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet complete the amenities of this floor. They also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If traveling with a baby, we have a crib and a high chair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
