On the upper floor, there is a spacious terrace that complements the outdoor experience, with a porch where guests can shield themselves from the sun, comfortable armchairs to relax, and a table to enjoy delicious meals or simply contemplate the panoramic views of the surroundings.

This modern villa, spanning two floors, offers a spacious and well-appointed interior for a comfortable stay. On the main floor, the expansive living-dining room, featuring a Smart TV and air conditioning, seamlessly connects with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary cooking utensils. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. A separate bathroom with a shower completes this level.

On the ground floor, a second lounge with a decorative fireplace creates a cozy space for relaxation. This floor also features two more bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet complete the facilities on this level. The villa also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For those traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair are available.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
