Can Rei (costitx)

General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins, two toilets and a bidet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

The terrace of the house offers clear views of the village and the imposing mountains of the sierra. It is also designed to relax while sunbathing on the sun loungers or to enjoy pleasant meals in the open air. Here you will find a large table and a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy delicious dishes. Next to the table there is also an umbrella to protect you from the sun while you continue to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. As the house is located in the centre of the village, there are direct neighbours.

The interior of the house is perfect for relaxing with your family and friends. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with AC and Smart TV. In addition, there is a table for 6 people. The kitchen, which is independent and has a ceramic hob and AC, has everything you need to prepare any dish. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In the house there are also three double bedrooms (one of them with AC) and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Costitx is the perfect place to discover the authentic Mallorcan character. The village has all the basic facilities, although it is close to other villages such as Sineu or Inca where you will find everything you need to enjoy an independent stay.Tourist license: ETV/10973

Layout

On 100 meter of Can Rei (costitx) you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Can Rei (costitx) in Costitx you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
