The shared chlorine pool is just 85 meters from the house and features a 12 x 4 meter size with a depth of 1.6 meters. Relax on the sunbeds around the pool or unwind under the parasol with a good book. A well-maintained garden leads to the terrace, where you can enjoy meals at the dining table for 6 and savor barbecues outdoors. The property offers several lovely spots to enjoy nature and the summer weather. The house is fenced, with close neighbors, so privacy is partial.

This 155 m², 2-storey house combines traditional architecture with modern amenities. The open-plan living-dining room and kitchen offer a cozy space to relax on the sofas and watch TV or warm up by the wood stove in winter. The dining area seats 6, and the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and everything needed for your stay. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet. There are also two bathrooms with showers. Central heating is available for the colder months. The house also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
