This charming century-old house offers a perfect escape to relax and connect with nature. The peaceful terrace, shaded by a thatched roof, is ideal for unwinding, while the small chlorine pool (3x3m, 1.1m deep) provides a refreshing dip on hot days. The property is fenced with nearby neighbors.

Recently restored, the house blends traditional charm with modern comfort. On the ground floor, the living room features cozy sofas and a wood stove for chilly days. The kitchen-dining room, with a gas cooktop, leads outside and is perfect for family meals. The laundry area, with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, is also outside. A toilet completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower, and the other with twin beds. Another bathroom with a shower is also on this floor. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

The house is part of a shared building but completely independent. The surrounding wooded area is ideal for hiking and cycling. Andratx town is 5 km away, offering all the necessary amenities, and the nearest beach, Camp de Mar, is 8.7 km away.

Smoking inside and lighting fires or barbecues are prohibited. Access to the house is via a narrow road, so a small car is recommended. The house runs on solar energy, with parking for 6 cars available 50 meters away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
