The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, an elevator, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a garden and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three showers, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove and a microwave.

This fabulous country house boasts an amazing exterior area thanks to the great lawn around the spectacular building and impressive salt water pool. Sizing 11 x 7 metres and with a water depth that goes from 0.3 to 1.6 metres, it becomes the real protagonist where you will enjoy cool and relaxing dips. You will find up to 6 sun loungers next to the pool where you will bask in the sun, together with a porch with a barbecue and two thatched roof pergolas perfectly furnished to enjoy your best meals and also a glass of wine in the evening. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This house comprises two floors. The main floor offers a stunning living room -with fireplace and satellite TV- open to the dining area and the kitchen -equipped with a gas stovetop. In addition, each corner offers wide luminous glaze doors with direct access to the garden. You will also find an independent laundry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The house has three bedrooms where you will rest at night, all of them with access to outdoors. Two of them still are on the ground floor, one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with independent shower and tub, and the other has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both of them have a closet. A toilet completes this level of the house. The last bedroom is upstairs and it offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair if you need them. Finally, the whole accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning, oil central heating and underfloor heating.

The property is located within a rural environment belonging to the municipality of Campos although the nearest town is Ses Salines, a beautiful coastal village perfect for those who love the beach. In fact, not any beaches, but the paradisaical dream-like ones. The nearest one is the protected and beautiful beach of es Trench, with crystalline waters, white and fine sand and a great dune system in a process of regeneration, a true wonder!. You will find the basic services in Ses Salines, like bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and you will have to drive to Campos for more.

There is an annexed building that will remain closed for all guests. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/5805The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
