The holiday home for 18 persons has six bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a CD player. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a patio, an air conditioner, a balcony, a terrace, a barbecue, a porch and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three baths with showers, five washbasins, a shower, four toilets and four bidets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

The property is well located about 3 km from the town of Campos and only 7 km from the beach.
In the nearby town of Campos you will find small shops and you have enough choice of supermarkets.

Playa Es Trenc, known for its vast golden sandy beach with its turquoise sea water is considered by many to be the best beach in Mallorca. No cars, no roads, just you and nature with the nature island of Cabrera in the distance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
