Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking on the premises. Shop 7 km, restaurant 7 km, sandy beach "Es Trenc" 10 km. Please note: car recommended. 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Animals in the neighbourhood. Please note that the visitor's tax has to be paid to the agency before your arrival (either by bank transfer or by credit card). Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
