Inside, the villa is spacious and cozy, with a living-dining room featuring a chaise longue, Smart TV, and air conditioning. A decorative fireplace adds charm. The independent kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, provides everything needed to prepare meals. The villa has three bedrooms, each with double beds and wardrobes, with air conditioning in two. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the property. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available. For families with babies, a crib and high chair are provided.

Located in Campanet, the villa is near the San Miguel Church and the Cueva de Campanet. The northern beaches of Mallorca are also within driving distance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
