General

The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath, four toilets and four washbasins.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool, measuring 10m x 4m with depths from 1m to 1.9m, all while taking in stunning views of the countryside and mountains. Four sunbeds await for sunbathing, and an outdoor shower offers a cool down. The furnished terrace next to the pool is perfect for al-fresco dining. Depending on the season, you can pick fresh oranges, lemons, figs, and almonds from the garden. An outside bathroom with a shower is conveniently located by the pool. This beautiful property is fenced, providing a sense of privacy amidst nearby neighbors.

Inside, a rustic living room invites family gatherings with satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a vitro ceramic hob, and the laundry room features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A bathroom with a shower is located on the ground floor. There’s one double bedroom downstairs, while the first floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower, and another with twin beds. All bedrooms are bright, offering views of the garden.

Located on the outskirts of Campanet, a quiet village near the Sierra de Tramuntana, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. The area is ideal for hiking or biking to sites like the underground sources of Ses Fonts Ufanes or the monastery of Lluc.

For beach lovers, Puerto de Alcudia offers sandy shores, while Playa de Muro is perfect for quieter days. Explore beautiful rocky coves in the Tramuntana region.

Pets are not allowed, events are forbidden, and there’s exterior parking for four cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
