The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two bidets, a bath, two toilets, two washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The exterior of this beautiful property is surrounded by stunning landscapes, offering views of fields and mountains. Enjoy a delicious BBQ at the covered terrace, cool off in the private chlorine pool (10 x 5 meters, 2 meters deep), or simply relax in the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is filled with greenery, including almond and orange trees, ensuring total privacy.

Inside, the two-storey house combines traditional charm with modern comforts. The air-conditioned living room is a cozy space for reading or relaxing, equipped with satellite TV. A large arch leads to the dining area with a table for 8, which connects to the fully-equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic hob. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all with closets and air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have twin beds. A cot and high chair are available. There is a bathroom with a bath on the main floor and another bathroom with a shower upstairs.

The property is located just 3.7 km from Sa Pobla, where you'll find supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Beautiful beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia, Ses Casetes des Capellans, and Can Picafort are just a 20-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
