General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove and a microwave.

Start your day with a swim in the private 6 x 3 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.40 m to 1.70 m. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with eight sun loungers and a BBQ. This beautiful property has a winter garden with an old fountain, where you can have dinner with friends. Upstairs, there is a small, non-furnished terrace with views over the village. The plot is fenced.

In the sitting room you can watch the TV (with satellite and Smart-TV). The dining room has access to the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob. Additionally, this property has a laundry with a washer, an iron and an ironing board. Besides, there's one safe. There are four comfortable twin bedrooms with fans; three of them on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We can supply a cot and a high chair in case you come with a baby. There is one shower bathroom inside the house and one outdoor shower bathroom next to the pool.
This villa is centrally located in Campanet, allowing you to easily walk to the main square with a grocery shop, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and a bank. Situated near the Tramuntana Mountains in western Mallorca, it offers access to scenic hiking and cycling routes. The nearby Lluc Monastery is a starting point for many trails, including the historic Camí Vell de Lluc a Pollensa. Campanet is also known for its caves and chapel, all within walking distance. By car, you can explore charming villages like Valldemossa, Fornalutx, and Sóller.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
