General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets, a bath, a bidet and two washbasins.

The house features a very special patio that includes a spectacular private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.3 to 1.4 meters..

It is a large village house with neighbours on each side, with 120 m2 distributed over three floors where the traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls and the traditional Mallorcan arch are mixed with the comforts of today. Entering from the street we find a large living-dining-kitchen area where you will be able to share great moments with your loved ones. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs where you can watch satellite TV, if you wish, next to the wood cooker on the coldest days, the dining table with capacity for 6 people, and a well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and microwave among others. In the house you will also find a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Campanet is a wonderful village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It presents the basic services for an independent stay, as well as bars and restaurants and a great social life. A street market takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays where you can buy seasonal local products. In addition, it is also the starting point of several hiking and cycling routes. Inca is a nearby city where you will find shops and supermarkets, and all you may need. The beach of Muro is only 17.8 km away from the property. It is a fine sandy beach with crystalline waters- If you love playing golf the nearest course is only 15 km away in Pollensa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
