Inside, the spacious living-dining-kitchen area blends modern and rustic styles, featuring AC and a wood stove. Cook meals on the gas cooktop, and make use of the laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, all with AC, a closet, and terrace access. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower, while the other two have twin beds. Another shower bathroom is also available. A baby cot and high chair are provided.

Located just 1.5 km from Calvià, you can enjoy a tranquil setting with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The nearest beach is Palmanova, 7.9 km away, and the nearest golf course is 8.1 km away. Please note, guests under 28 years old are not allowed unless part of a family. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
