In the urbanisation of Palmanyola, between Palma and Sierra de Tramuntana, you find this marvellous house with private pool, which offers a second home to 6 people.
The private chlorine pool has a size of 9 m x 5 m and a depth that varies between 1 m and 2.20 m. In its surroundings, you can sunbathe on one of the four sun loungers, make a delicious barbecue and have dinner or lunch under the porch. The garden, apart from being big, it is a dreamy place to play for the youngest ones of the family as well or simply to enjoy its fresh odour while you are walking around it or you lie on the towels and read a book. And if you want to entertain yourself and do some sport, there are even some gym machines! The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours. Inside the house, there is a living-dining room, with a fan, that makes you feel as if you were at home, since it is really comfortable and it becomes the perfect place to rest and to watch satellite TV. The light wooden furniture and the beautiful paintings of this stay also convert the dining room into a pleasant place where to prepare tasty banquets with your family or friends. Those delicious dishes, with which you will delight, can be cooked in the kitchen that is equipped with gas hob and all the necessary utensils. Right there, you also have washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, there are 3 dormitories with A/C, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Likewise, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from that bathroom, there is a second one with bathtub that services the entire house and, outside there is a toilet. If you have a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair. In case you accommodate yourself during winter season, all the house is equipped with central heating. The urbanisation of Palmanyola is located between Sierra de Tramuntana and Palma. Thus, on the one hand you can go hiking, cycling or even making trips through the mountains, visit the picturesque villages like Sóller, Valldemossa and Deià and, on the other hand, enjoy a great variety of culture and leisure in Palma. The island capital is famous because of its cathedral La Seu, the castle of Bellver, the beautiful old city, its museums, art galleries and its both national and international restaurants. Regarding the beaches, we especially recommend you visiting the south beaches such as Playa de Palma, Can Pastilla or even exploring the coves of Tramuntana as, for instance, Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs and Cala Deià. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There are 2 outdoors parking places. The upper floor of the house is inhabited, although it has a totally independent entry. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Payment terms and -periods
