Located in the urbanization of Palmanyola, nestled between Palma and the Sierra de Tramuntana, this marvelous house with a private pool offers a perfect retreat for up to 6 guests.
The private chlorine pool measures 9m x 5m with a depth ranging from 1m to 2.20m. Surrounding the pool, you can relax on one of the four sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue, and enjoy meals under the porch. The spacious garden is an ideal playground for the youngest family members and a tranquil spot to enjoy fresh air, whether you are strolling, reading a book, or lounging on a towel. For those who wish to stay active, there are gym machines available. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.
Inside the house, there is a living-dining room, with a fan, that makes you feel as if you were at home, since it is really comfortable and it becomes the perfect place to rest and to watch satellite TV. The light wooden furniture and the beautiful paintings of this stay also convert the dining room into a pleasant place where to prepare tasty banquets with your family or friends. Those delicious dishes, with which you will delight, can be cooked in the kitchen that is equipped with gas hob and all the necessary utensils. Right there, you also have washing machine, iron and ironing board. Moreover, there are 3 dormitories with A/C, two with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. Likewise, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from that bathroom, there is a second one with bathtub that services the entire house and, outside there is a toilet. If you have a baby, we will provide you with a cot and a high chair. In case you accommodate yourself during winter season, all the house is equipped with central heating.
The urbanization of Palmanyola is situated between the Sierra de Tramuntana and Palma. This prime location offers the best of both worlds: you can enjoy hiking, cycling, and mountain excursions, or visit picturesque villages like Sóller, Valldemossa, and Deià. Additionally, you can experience a wide array of cultural and leisure activities in Palma. The island's capital is renowned for its cathedral, La Seu, Bellver Castle, charming old town, various museums, art galleries, and a diverse selection of national and international restaurants. For beach enthusiasts, the southern beaches such as Playa de Palma and Can Pastilla are highly recommended, as well as exploring the coves of Tramuntana, including Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs, and Cala Deià.

Payment terms and -periods
