Welcome to this fantastic country house with a private pool and a typical Majorcan stone facade, located near Búger. Ideal for up to 8 guests.
The house features a captivating outdoor space. A beautiful garden with fruit trees surrounds the 12x5m chlorine pool, complemented by an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxation. A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for entertainment, and a terrace with a chill-out area and dining table, are perfect for enjoying a barbecue with your companions. The mobile barbecue is mainly located in the kitchen, ready for summer meals.
The main house features two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. A large dining table is perfect for meals with family and friends. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.
The first floor houses three bedrooms, each with double beds and mountain views. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Additionally, there is an annex with a fourth bedroom, which also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair can be provided.
