A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for entertainment, and a terrace with a chill-out area and dining table, are perfect for enjoying a barbecue with your companions. The mobile barbecue is mainly located in the kitchen, ready for summer meals.

The main house features two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and a fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. A large dining table is perfect for meals with family and friends. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable cooking and includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The first floor houses three bedrooms, each with double beds and mountain views. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. Additionally, there is an annex with a fourth bedroom, which also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair can be provided.

The property is situated 2 km from Búger, where you can find all the essentials for your holiday, including supermarkets, a medical center, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants serving traditional island dishes. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
