General

The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, four air conditioners, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a table tennis table. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, four baths, four showers and five toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave and an oven.

The house boasts a fascinating outdoor area. A wonderful garden area with fruit trees surrounds the 12x5m chlorine pool area and an outdoor shower and sun loungers for you to relax after a dip. A fully furnished porch with a ping-pong table for your entertainment and a terrace with a chill-out area and table for all guests invite you to enjoy a wonderful barbecue with your companions. The barbecue is mobile but is mainly located in the kitchen ready for summer meals.

The interior of the main house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV and a fireplace to extend the evenings. There is also a large table with chairs to enjoy your favourite dishes with your family and friends. The gas cooker is independent and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the same floor there is also a toilet. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, all with double beds and mountain views. All have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower. There is an annex where you have a fourth bedroom also with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

The property is located 2km from Búger where you will find the necessary services for your holidays such as supermarkets, medical centre, pharmacy, bars and restaurants serving traditional dishes of the island. Don't forget to visit the market which is held in the centre every Thursday.

On 2 kilometer of Son Catxo you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 2,1 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Son Catxo in Búger you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
