Beautiful country house from the 17th century, restored in 2005 with great character.
Very bright and decorated with traditional Majorcan furniture. This two-storey holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms (1 on each floor) and a cozy kitchen that absolutely maintains the rustic style of the country house.
Outside there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool and a large courtyard that has preserved the atmosphere of centuries ago. An outbuilding also houses the original olive press that was once used to produce olive oil.
Nice view of the countryside and the mountains. Located just 2 km from the village and about 12 km from the coast.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
