The main floor offers a great living room, open to the dining area, and we have a sofa, two armchairs, TV-Sat, and air-conditioning. Next, you find a spacious kitchen with a gas stove top, oven, etc, and where you can cook as if you were at home. Before going upstairs, you will find a shower bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a tub and a shower and three more bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and the last one has twin beds. All bedrooms come with a closet or wardrobe and air-conditioning. You will find the washing machine, iron, and ironing board on the terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
