This charming house offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. Located in the town center, its terrace provides stunning views of the mountains and panoramic vistas over the town. The saltwater pool (6x4m, depth 1.30 to 1.45m) is complemented by 6 sun loungers for basking in the sun, and a gas BBQ makes outdoor dining a pleasure.
Spread over 2 floors, the ground floor features a hallway leading to the living room, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, AC, satellite TV, and a pellet stove. The dining area and kitchen have a ceramic hob, AC, and everything needed for cooking. There’s a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms with AC, TV, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms have twin beds, and one has a double bed. A baby cot and high chair are available. A toilet serves the entire accommodation. Downstairs, enjoy a pool table and a gym with various exercise equipment.
Located in Buger, a peaceful village, the beach is just 17.5 km away, and the nearest golf course is 15 km in Pollensa.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
