General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins, a bidet, a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

This spacious property features a massive 16x8 meter chlorine pool, with depths ranging from 0.7m to 2.2m, surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden. Relax on one of the six loungers, enjoy a snack under the awning, or cool off with an outdoor shower. For outdoor cooking, there’s a fixed barbecue on the furnished porch, and a second porch overlooking the pool, perfect for enjoying breakfast. Depending on the season, you can harvest fruit from the orange, lemon, and peach trees. The property is completely private, with no direct neighbors.

Inside, the house offers a spacious living room decorated with rustic touches and equipped with air conditioning, DVD, and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals just like at home. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The bathroom with the bathtub also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For families with young children, up to two cots and two high chairs are available.

Located in the authentic village of Búger, in central Mallorca, the property is about 15 km from the coast. Búger offers a grocery store and restaurants, while Sa Pobla, a neighboring village, has larger supermarkets. The area is ideal for hiking and biking, with rural roads and attractions like the underground springs of Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, a peaceful stretch of sand, while Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia offer more amenities and lively atmospheres.

Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted. Exterior parking for 4 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
