The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. Inside, the open living room invites you to unwind with satellite TV or music. The kitchen boasts a unique style that contrasts beautifully with the traditional Mallorcan charm of the home, featuring a gas hob and all necessary amenities. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another with two single beds. A second shared bathroom with a shower is also available. For families, a crib and high chair are provided, along with a fan and a pellet stove for cozy evenings. A separate area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Located in the charming village of Binissalem, known for its wine production and friendly atmosphere, you'll find all essential amenities, with delightful restaurants and a market every Friday. The village offers easy access to the highway, allowing you to reach Playa de Palma in 20-25 minutes or the scenic Port of Sóller in 45 minutes.

Note: Guests under 30 are not accepted unless part of a family. Pets and events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
