The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a patio, a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Binissalem: Modern, cosy house "Caleu", built in 2010, surrounded by trees and fields. On the outskirts Binissalem, in a quiet, sunny position, 35 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'400 m2, orchard, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Puerto Alcudia" 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors baby equipment on request (included). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Airfield 40 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 35 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Caleu in Binissalem you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
