The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a fireplace and four stereos (wireless). In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a patio and a terrace and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, four showers and four toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

The area is renowned for its hiking trails, such as the GR221, and nearby beaches like Cala Banyalbufar offer peaceful spots to enjoy the clear Mediterranean waters. The nearby town of Valldemossa, with its picturesque streets and historical sites, is also a must-visit.

The interconnected lounge and dining areas provide a cozy, yet spacious environment for guests to gather and start their day. Outside, the villa’s expansive terraces offer fantastic areas for lounging and dining al fresco, all with breathtaking views of the coastline. A short walk from the villa leads to the private heated swimming pool (12 x 5.5 metres), perfect for a refreshing swim. It accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including one located in the villa’s distinctive turret. This bedroom is accessed via a curved stairwell and features a luxurious bathroom on the lower level. Every room in the villa boasts panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking peace and privacy.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
