Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms, all with fans, and three bathrooms, two en-suite and one independent. The first floor has 3 bedrooms—one double and two with twin beds. The second floor features the final bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a fan. Two additional living rooms offer extra space. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

The house is located in the upper part of Artà, a charming village with medieval character, next to the town hall and offering views of Puig de Sant Salvador. Artà has a market on Tuesdays, a beautiful church with panoramic views, and a lively main street. The beaches of Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla, and Cala Torta are a 15-minute drive away.

Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. Guests under 25 are not accepted unless part of a family.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
