Welcome to this cozy farm in the quiet fields of Ariany. It has a capacity for 4 guests and an incredible private pool with beautiful views over the island.

After an entertaining excursion around the island, you can relax and cool off in the beautiful saltwater pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.05 to 1.75 meters. The house has a comfortable porch where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

This is a one-storey house. The main room is the living room - kitchen - and dining room with AC, TV-sat, and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with twin beds. The bathroom of the house features a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are traveling with your baby.

Ariany is a village of great Mallorcan character and charm. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the whole island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountain range to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
