General

The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a table tennis table and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath, two toilets, a bidet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

The wonderful backyard of the house has a private above ground salt water pool that measures 4 x 2 meters and has a depth of 1.10 meters, a nice porch with barbecue and the solarium area where you can relax in the sun. The house is fenced and has direct neighbours.

The two-storey house retains traditional elements and offers a cosy style. On the main floor you will find a nice living room with TV-sat; the dining kitchen with a gas stove and access to the patio; 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed; and a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. On the first floor there is another room with a gym machine where you can work out; 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; and a bathroom with shower. In the house you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board and we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with oil central heating.

Ariany is a quiet town in the center of Mallorca, with nearby basic services and close to the sea by car. The closest beach is Can Picafort, about 16 km away, although in the north of the island you will find other beautiful beaches in Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Cala de San Vicente.

Layout

On 1,6 kilometer of Unio 36 you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Unio 36 in Ariany you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
