The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. After a swim, relax on the sun loungers, the Bali bed, or under the pergola with a drink and a book. The outdoor spaces, including the porch, are perfect for enjoying a barbecue.

Inside, the open living-dining room offers a place to unwind, watch satellite TV, and enjoy meals while admiring pool views. The large kitchen with a ceramic hob also includes a dining area. The villa has three bedrooms, all with closets and AC: one with a double bed and en-suite shower, and two with twin beds. A second bathroom with a bath serves the rest of the house. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additional amenities include a baby cot, high chair, three portable fans, and ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen.

The villa is located 2.8 km from Ariany, a peaceful Majorcan town surrounded by fields, perfect for walking. The town offers basic services such as a grocery store, bars, and restaurants, ideal for a tranquil village experience.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
