General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

Start your day with a refreshing swim in the private chlorine pool, measuring 10m x 5m with depths from 0.8m to 2.5m. After swimming, relax on one of eight sunbeds under the Mediterranean sun or enjoy a barbecue on the spacious terrace. Please note that the access path to the house is shared with neighboring properties, so complete privacy is not guaranteed.

Inside, the cozy living room invites you to unwind, offering satellite TV, a wood stove, and space for family meals. The fully-equipped Mallorcan kitchen includes a vitro ceramic hob, and the laundry room features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.

Ideal for six guests, the house has two double bedrooms and a bunk bed room on the first floor, along with an additional bathroom with a shower. For families with babies, a crib and high chair can be provided. The home is equipped with three fans for summer comfort and central heating for winter.

Located in Andratx, a picturesque village in western Mallorca, you'll have access to beautiful hiking and biking trails in the Sierra de Tramuntana. The nearby Camí des Mail path leads to charming villages like Estellencs and Banyalbufar. Andratx features supermarkets, cafes, and excellent restaurants. The luxurious Port of Andratx is close by, with colorful fishing boats and upscale dining options. Camp de Mar beach, along with Santa Ponsa, Cala Fornells, Peguera, and Portals Nous, are easily accessible.

The plot is not fenced, and pets are not allowed. Exterior parking is available for three cars.

Tourist license: ETV/4919. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, varying by season.

On 2,6 kilometer of Sa Tarongera you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 2,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Sa Tarongera in Andratx you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
