General

The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue and five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a shower, two baths, three toilets and two bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

You will feel the rustic charm of the antic Mallorca from the spectacular terrace of this impressive town house. It offers a wonderful chill-out with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs together with a little table where you can enjoy an appetiser and admire the beautiful mountain views. At night, this is the perfect place to cool down after a long day at the beach or making an excursion, enjoying a glass of champagne under the wonderful starry sky. This is a town house with neighbours around.

The spacious three storey house offers a special traditional style with wooden beams and stone walls here and there, spotted by some more modern corners. The cosy living room, on the ground floor, offers two armchairs and a sofa where you can watch TV while you refresh with the AC (or while you warm up by the wood stove on the coldest days), and a dining table. Then you have the kitchen with the basic equipment to cook during your vacation, with a gas top. The house also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

S'Arracó is a little village in the southwest of Mallorca, belonging to the municipality of Andratx. It is located in a little valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. So this is an excellent starting point for hiking and biking excursions. The sea also is near, about 4.1 km away in Sant Elm, so it also is a perfect place for a beach vacation. The village offers the basic services for an independent stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
