Sunbathe or relax in the outdoor bathroom with a shower. The home is on a quiet street, just 200 m from the village square.

Inside, the modern ground floor includes a living room with Smart TV, AC, and a wood stove, seamlessly connected to an eat-in kitchen with a ceramic hob. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities adds convenience. This level also has a bedroom with a double bed, AC, TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub, plus a separate study. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with AC, TVs, en-suite bathrooms with showers, and direct terrace access await. A cot and highchair are available for babies.

Situated in a tranquil village with basic amenities and transport links, the house is close to Montuïri (6 km) and Algaida (4 km) for supermarkets and restaurants. Beaches like Arenal and Es Trenc are within driving distance, while Golf Son Gual is 16.8 km away.

AC operates between 8 PM–7 AM and 12 PM–5 PM. A garage accommodating one car is ideal for cyclists. Only one fireplace, located at the back patio house, is available for use. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. Events are not allowed.

Tourist license: ETV/10716. The mandatory Balearic Islands Ecotasa tax applies (0.55€/night in low season, 2.2€/night in high season; reduced by half after the 9th day).

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
