Welcome to this charming house featuring a private 6m x 3m chlorine swimming pool (0.90m to 1.50m depth) with an external shower. The pool area is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the Mediterranean breeze. A fantastic terrace with a barbecue offers a great spot to prepare meals and dine with loved ones. You can also pick fresh fruit from the garden, including loquats, oranges, and lemons.

The house has been refurbished with a blend of Mallorcan and modern style, creating a unique atmosphere. It is distributed over two floors with three living rooms, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with TV, a separate dining room, a kitchen with a gas cooker, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There’s also a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Upstairs, there are two more living rooms, a small terrace, and three double bedrooms, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, and fans are provided for comfort.

Located in Algaida, known for its peaceful setting and great restaurants, the property is close to hiking routes in Randa, golf courses, and beaches like Es Trenc and Cala Blava.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
