The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, four air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two toilets and two washbasins.

This stunning villa offers breathtaking exteriors, with lush green gardens, countryside, and mountain views surrounding the property. The private saltwater pool (9.4 x 4.2m, depth 1-1.7m) is perfect for a refreshing dip. Surrounding the pool are 8 sun loungers, an outdoor breakfast area, and a porch with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The main porch features a relaxing outdoor sofa for unwinding or dining in the evening. For children, there's a playground in the garden.

The villa is spread across two levels: the ground floor and -1 floor. On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with TV-SAT, open to the dining kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop. Each floor has two bedrooms: one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes, and there’s a cot and high chair available. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower on the main floor and another with a bathtub on the -1 floor. The house is fully air-conditioned, and the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Located on the outskirts of Alcúdia, just 1.1 km from the town center, you'll find bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is just 2.3 km away, and Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km from the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
