The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three heaters. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden and there are three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a bath, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and two garages.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

This beautiful ground-level apartment, located right in front of a stunning beach with crystalline waters and soft white sand, offers a serene escape. With three air-conditioned bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates guests: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub, another with twin beds, and a third with bunk beds. A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining bedrooms. For families traveling with infants, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request. The independent laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, and oil central heating ensures year-round comfort.

Conveniently situated, the apartment is surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife options. A bus service every 15 minutes in summer makes exploring nearby towns easy, while spectacular beaches like Cala Sant Vicenç and Port de Pollensa are just a drive away. Don’t miss the vibrant street market in Alcudia on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.

Note: Guests under 25 are not accepted unless traveling as a family. Copies of passports are required for booking. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. There’s parking for two cars in the garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
