This second-floor apartment (no elevator) features a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing with satellite TV or a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, and all necessary cooking essentials. The laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available upon request. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
This fantastic apartment is located in a privileged area since you only have to go downstairs to enjoy its breathtaking beach. Moreover, it puts at your reach, on foot, all the essential services for a pleasant holiday, such as bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, etc. We suggest you visiting the center of Alcúdia with its mythical Roman ruins and its market on Tuesdays and Sundays. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
