Designed for comfort, the house is all on one level. The living-dining room, with AC, a fireplace, and Smart TV, opens to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking. There’s also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a trundle bed. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace. Two bathrooms, one of which is outside, serve the accommodation. For families with babies, a crib and high chair are available.

Just a 10-minute drive away, Cala Millor’s sandy beach and turquoise waters offer the perfect spot for sun, sea, and dining, with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
